CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X9 is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of 2019.

This error is reported on many forums and discussion boards and it seems that the only way to solve it is to download an updated package or another version of the software. The problem is caused by registry and paths and it's hard to diagnose what exactly is missing.
Importing the file into CorelDraw will flush away the formatting of your pages which is something you don't want. Luckily, you can install a simple virtual printer. CutePDF Writer is the way to do this. The application installs a virtual printer which enables you to export your document to the PDF format. Once you install the package, open your document in Word, select Print and choose CutePDF. Then you will be prompted to save the file to the PDF format. Open CorelDraw and import the PDF file. Your formatting plus all the elements contained will be in their proper place maintaining the same look as the original document.
I need to convert an EPS file to CorelDraw. Any help?

Please use the original file as PS then import it in Corel via the import function. You will also have editable vectors among other things. It will work perfectly. Of course, you can also import EPS file format but you will be pretty limited because of the raster/vector problems.
CorelDraw is not available for the Galaxy Tab 2 device. However, for Adobe Photoshop there is a version that you can install from the marketplace and it's called Adobe Photoshop Touch. The app is excusively available for tablets and it gives basic editing functions.
Yes, although the process is an entry-level Dual Core CPU, it should be able to handle CorelDraw pretty well since it's clocked at 2.4 GHz. Yes, you can use it with this process and computer.
The file still shows up in my external drive but has an icon next to it which it did not have before (a green pencil, like the icon in my program files for CorelDraw X3). When I click on it, it opens up in Corel but as a blank page. Did I loose this file or can I some how recover it?

But do you have an auto-backup configured? It is located at Tools->options -> (workspace) -> Save. You can set the elapsed time between backups (eg 10 minutes) as well as the destination folder. If you actually have it set you could look in the destination folder and see if there is a backup there. If not, consider setting it up for future use. You can also set it to make a backup upon saving the file.
There is something corrupted with the file as it has been saved that Corel won't open it. Maybe there is a chance that another software that can import CorelDraw files might overlook the glitch and try to import the rest. Depends on what part of the file is corrupted. General solution is CDR Viewer Tool that restores data from damaged *.cdr files used in graphics editor CorelDraw

Possible causes could include: • Document was corrupted / not saved due to the program crashing or hanging • Saving large files to a network drive. • Documents created in earlier versions of CorelDraw® are no longer accessible
